INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR CUSTOMERS

 

Dear Customer,

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) we inform you that:

1. The controller of the personal data submitted and made available is STEMOR Sp. z o.o., ul. Kolonistów 42, 71-806 Szczecin, Tax ID: 9552305363, KRS: 0001076852, phone no.: +48 918101258, e-mail: info@stemor.eu.

2. Personal data will be processed by the Data Controller for the following purposes:

Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e.:

The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party;
Implementation of all pre-contractual activities;
Implementation of the subject matter of the contract and all administration, operations, management and accounting activities related to the contract;
Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, i.e.:

The processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation on us as controller, e.g. an archiving obligation;
Carrying out legal obligations;
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e.:

The processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller – in this case, establishing, pursuing or defending claims, ensuring the safety of Data Controller’s customers and others;
Data Controller’s legitimate interests are the need to perform its essential services related to the due performance of the contract and direct marketing;
the assertion of possible claims by Data Controller or the defence of claims by the Customer against Data Controller.
3. Your provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract or the issuing of the invoice. Where data processing is regulated by law, the provision of such data is mandatory.

4. Your personal data may be forwarded to Stemor Service Sp. z o.o. ul. Hutnicza 3, 81-212 Gdynia, in connection with cooperation between the companies. The data will be used for internal group administrative purposes (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. The recipients of your personal data will be those entities to which we are obliged to provide data under applicable law, e.g. the Tax Office, as well as entities providing IT, financial, legal, transport, courier and postal services to us.

6. Your personal data will be processed by us for no longer than is necessary for the due fulfilment of the purposes referred to in point. 2, for as long as the contract is performed and thereafter, i.e. in connection with the fulfilment of the 5-year tax obligation or until the expiry of the limitation period for any claims arising from the contract or the final conclusion of any proceedings relating to claims and entitlements arising from the contract.

7. You have the right to request us to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data; the right to object to the processing, the right to data portability, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the DPA email: kancelaria@uodo.gov.pl .

8. Your data will not be subject to profiling. The controller has no intention to transfer personal data to a third country or international organisation.
